Return & Shipping policy
Your True Serenity appreciates your business. We ensure that every order is handled with love and packaged securely and carefully. Please be aware that some of our products are heat-sensitive and can slightly melt during shipping. However, this will not alter the quality of your product.
Because of the nature of most of our products, Your True Serenity cannot accept returns on items such as, but not limited to. Bath &/or Body products.
A (30)-day return will be accepted as store credit on non-Bath &/or Body products. Please carefully inspect your items upon arrival to ensure there are no damages. If your order is damaged, first contact the delivery carrier to make a damage claim, then Your True Serenity at serenity@yourtrueserenity.com within (5) business days of your package arriving damaged for additional assistance.
If you never received your order, please get in touch with the shipping carrier with your tracking information to inquire about your package. If your order arrived incomplete or incorrect, we will be sure to correct the problem. Please get in touch with us at serenity@yourtrueserenity.com within (5) business days so we can resolve the issue and correct our mistakes. We cannot make any adjustments or resolve problems after the grace period. NO EXCEPTIONS!
